We suggest sending your Trade Response to at least 25 workers. Historically, our ratio is a 5 to 1 request to submission rate. 

Your team sends out a templated email (we provide several templates) to your employees that include the hyperlink they’ll click to start their Trade Response video questionnaire.

Our team has a question bank of over 20 questions queued up that have been derived from our years of production experience interviewing workforce employees.

We ask things like:

  • Who are you, what company do you work for and how long have you been working for them?
  • Before joining us, who did you work for and for how long?
  • Can you tell us about why you made the decision to join us?
  • Do you consider this company a good place to work? If so, why? If not, why not?
  • Tell us the best part about working here?
  • What’s your top 3 goals for your career?

That’s okay. Whether it’s a technical difficulty or a poor response, not every answer will be perfect.

We take great measures to ensure strong responses by phrasing the questions specifically to evoke the best answers. 

However you’d like! We suggest using creating a campaign that uses these videos and showcases all the great things your employees are saying.

It takes us around 20 days from when the prompts are sent out to deliver a project. 

We allow 1 round of edit requests at the completion of the project. These will be authentic clips from actual employees, so we’ll be doing our best to edit out the unnecessary parts, but stay true to the raw answers.
